Fitness and Friends Summer Camp

Mondays & Fridays: 11:00-12:00

Session 1: June 23-July 18

Session 2: July 21-Aug 15

Pre-registration required.  Spaces available=15 

This fitness program is designed for teens to improve their fitness level and make friends while doing so.  A certified personal trainer will challenge the teens 2x per week with a heart pumping routine.  The teens will work in groups during the training sessions to encourage teamwork and social interaction.  The teens will learn exercises that they can do on their own and together in almost any open environment.  They will learn to give one another fitness and nutrition support and share their likes and dislikes on a variety of subjects.
