Friends and Fitness Summer Camp at the Neighborhood Guild in Peace Dale.

What I offer and how much it costs

RATES: $45/session or $120 for 3 sessions. Long term packages are also available.

LOCATION: I can travel to most parts of Southeastern Rhode Island, especially for clients who prefer to work out of their home. However, at this time, I am giving preference to those clients living in South/Washington County, or those that can meet with me at a gym in one of these locations. I am also accepting clients at River Bend Athletic Club in Peacedale (map). Just ask for Ku.

SERVICES: Training sessions will vary from 45 mins to 1 hr. A seasoned exerciser may benefit from one training session, but a minimum of 4 sessions is recommended for anyone else. For the beginning exerciser or for those who want a guarantee on weight loss, I recommend a long term package. This plan will offer you the most benefit from my training. With the long term package, I would meet with you 1-2 times per week for the first month and 2-3 times per week thereafter. My goal is to make you a confident exerciser so that making fitness a part of your lifestyle is easier. For those who are interested in just one session, I can provide you a training program based on your goals and review the exercises with you for safety and accuracy. To gain benefits from my program, at least 4 sessions is recommended. If you are interested in training a specific set of muscles, you may benefit from one session, but again more sessions are recommended. For those who have a home gym or want to begin a home workout program, one session will show you how to use your equipment. At least 4 sessions are recommended for you to have confidence in using the equipment and a long term package will guarantee you benefits.

I offer special rates for children under 18 who are obese. These rates will be based on the child's needs to guarantee weight loss. Please contact me for details.
